1934The foundation stone for the Highbury Street Methodist church hall (in Prospect) was laid on this day by W Knill, a foundation member of the school, and for twenty-five years was secretary, Mrs A F Gardner, nee Miss Braund, one of the early infant teachers, and H H Pritchard, the oldest living superintendent, and a member of the Trust
